夏には多くの出来事が起こりましたので、過去三ヶ月間の活動をまとめて報告します。 8月25日、ファミリーピクニックを行いました。昨年は大雨だったので教会に移動してしまいましたが、今年の天気が良かったです。外の自然を楽しみながら、聖書の言葉を聞いて楽しい時間を過ごしました。日曜日の礼拝はいつものように続けられ、9月29日に毎年頂いていた物を神様に感謝するために収穫感謝祭を行いました。教会の仕事の一つは広報活動です。9月17-18日、シンガポール長老派教会（EPJM）の助力を借りて、花巻の中心から外れたところで教会のパンフレットを配布しました。そして、7月1-3日、岩手伝道協力会のカラバン伝道チーム（牧師や神学生）と一緒に大迫町と宮守町でパンフレットを配布しました。イエス・キリストの良い知らせを花巻で広めるの協力を頂いて感謝しています。

Much has happened over the Summer and this is a summary of some activities that happened over the last three months. On 25th August, we had our family picnic at the local park. Last year, it had to be moved to the church because it rained heavily, but we had good weather this year. We had a good time listening to God’s Word while enjoying the outdoors. Sunday worship services carry on as usual, and on 29th September we had a Harvest Thanksgiving service to thank God for the food we receive each year at harvest. Publicity is a part of the church’s work. On 17th-18th September, with the help of the Singapore Presbyterian Church (EPJM), we gave out tracts to the outskirts of Hanamaki. On 1st-3rd July, together with a team of pastors and Bible school students from Iwate, we distributed tracts in the towns of Ohasama and Miyamori. We are grateful for the cooperation to help spread the good news of Jesus Christ in Hanamaki.
